My name is Lisa Gibson; I have master's degrees in Sexology and Psychology and work as an Intern Psychologist.
I love helping others maintain healthy relationships and enhance their mental health and communication. In fact - I can't think of anything I love doing more!
One thing I know to be true is that the most effective change starts with us, whether this is through our openness to reflect, a willingness to be vulnerable, or by having the courage to widen our support network. With this mindset, healthy relationships become easier and more attainable!
When I'm not creating new relationship and communication tools, I spend my time organising, dancing (Latin and ballroom) and drinking tea, lots and lots of tea!!
